PURPOSE: Our sole Purpose in our Mission is to glorify God, to bring honor to His Name and to make a positive difference in the life of each person we touch. Further, we seek to be good stewards of all that He entrusts to us. We support conservative, Christian candidates, agendas and projects across the USA and around the world.
BACKGROUND: Kearsedge Boston began life in 2013, as sketches on a few napkins and scraps of paper in the back office of a leased retail shop. We’ve had bumps and bruises and Kearsedge Boston dissolved completely in 2017 when our capital partner withdrew their funding support due to an internal conflict within their European partnership.
REWARDS: Despite this, Kearsedge Boston received the

- Best Real Estate Investment Private Equity Firm (USA) Award for 2017.
Also, in 2017, Kearsedge Boston was one of only 30 U.S. companies asked to present to various Governmental ministries of the Saudi Arabian government regarding proposed construction and development projects in Saudi Arabia.
Most recently, Perry has been nominated for Best Private Equity Investments Professional for 2020.

INITIAL PROJECT: our first project will be the USA Jobs Project noted above, followed closely by the National Housing Project, which would create, acquire or develop 40,000 affordable housing units, 20,000 middle income units, 10,000 student housing and self-storage units and 5,000 hotel and luxury units. An IREM-certified property manager will be retained.
RISK: MINIMAL: Mr. Jones’ “very particular skill set” makes all these and all new business concepts attainable and viable. Mr. Jones learns quickly and has a unique ability to take available information, even about things he knows nothing about, blow out the fluff and create a step-by-step plan for success.
